Took 40 Years to Prove It

You do understand that it took Albert Einstein 40 years to prove what we know as gospel right? It wasnt always this way “until somebody proved it” and thats his famous equation of E=MC2… I mean we know it to be true now but it wasn’t always like this. 🤔👌

The war for starters yeah but… he needed a full total solar eclipse to observe and confirm his theory of general relativity because it allowed astronomers to see stars whose light appears to bend as it passes near the sun’s massive gravity. Without the sun’s light being blocked by the moon during totality, the stars close to it would be invisible in the daytime sky. The 1919 total solar eclipse provided a unique Opportunity to measure this bending of starlight, “providing critical evidence” that proved Einstein right.

Basically he was trying to prove his theory through an invisible curvature of space by blocking the sun to prove space and time (or space time) and that the energy equals that mass squared by that speed of light seeing as space is time and that it “is curved” by blocking the sunlight by the moon he proves this.

Thats how strong even our sun’s light is! He would of proved it years and years before but the universe had other plans and doesn’t make it easy and on the first trial it was an overcast day so you couldn’t see it and see… eclipses dont come around everyday.
